SusanJOHNSTONher nieces and nephews are grateful to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their support, visits, letters, telephone calls, gifts, sympathy cards and flowers received during Davids long illness and since our sad loss. Heart felt thanks to the local doctors, community nurses, local and mobile home carers, staff of the CCU Crosshouse and Pav 10 ACH, to our minister the Rev G Wilson and to those who attended the services at Galston Parish Church and Ayr Crematorium.
